With a continued focus on delivering the best experience for its Channel Partners, CenturyLink, Inc. has launched its new Channel Partner Program agreement. The new agreement includes enhancements to address the evolution of the indirect sales channel, the market and the industry.

CenturyLink is looking to build its indirect partner program globally in a few ways. The first is to build a dedicated support structure to support their North American partners on deals they have going on in other regions of the world. This is includes access to sales support tools, sales overlay teams in region, etc. The second is to grow their indirect programs in areas like EMEA, LATAM and APAC. This would include aligning with partners that are moving into those regions, as well as looking for new partners that may not operate at all in North America and are just in region. CenturyLink’s expansive global network reach and solutions sets (which spans SD-WAN, Ethernet capabilities, Content Delivery Services, etc.) means there is opportunity for growth through the indirect channel.

Additionally, CenturyLink has rolled out an enhanced partner agreement in the U.S. which bring all partners under a single contract.
