In this MasterCHAT session we did not talk about technologies. Rather, we focused on the impact to the MSP when a ransomware breach happens to their client. The outcome can be extreme, including bankruptcy. In most cases, expect to take a hit on your reputation, pain for your team, loss of money and increased insurance premiums. The best is to obviously avoid being a victim but when all else fails, you have to be prepared. Plan for the worst and hope for the best.
