Companies had to complete every section in the 200-question assessment to qualify. Companies who earned this award can be very proud as they have achieved something special that required hard work over many years of building their business practice. It’s an indication that they are on the right path to a well-managed business and success. While no company got a perfect score in the 12 categories, they all demonstrated enough strength to indicate that they are leveraging significant best practices in their company every day. With the assessment report in their hands, they can easily improve. By simply retaking the assessment every year, they can benchmark their progress.

The main goal of this project is to help all VARs, MSPs and ITSPs to benchmark their business practices and get a road map to improve – all for free! All applicants who did not complete their assessment in time of the 2016 year, will be able to qualify for the 2017 Awards, as soon as they complete the assessment and review. The deadline to complete the assessment for the 2017 Awards will be December 31, 2017. That said, it is more important that you take the time as soon as possible with your team to review the questions and think about the answers. When you respond honestly, you will start to see a clearer picture of your strengths and weaknesses. This information is confidential and exclusively for you to digest and decide what, if anything, that you would like to do to improve your business. Hopefully it will help you to discover some beneficial ideas that you have not yet considered!

Many companies that take this assessment tell us that just by reviewing the questions, they started to see what they missed and how they could improve.
