Today, the company announces the release of new system features, including its Best Time of Day Report, as well as the renewal of its independent third party SysTrust security audit.

Global Connect's new features, as well as the company's renewal of its SysTrust certification, assure clients that the data they use for Global Connect dialer campaigns is secure, and that campaigns they conduct using Global Connect comply with applicable regulations.

Best Time of Day Report – This new feature allows clients at the micro level to determine the best time of day to reach contacts by NPA-NXX, allowing for more strategic dialing and increased agent efficiency. This report, coupled with Global Connect's real-time reporting capability, reporting dashboards, daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports, as well as the release of the company's latest report manager, provides clients with the most up-to-date reporting tools available. As with all reporting, this report is available via the Global Connect web portal and is available whenever requested.

Enhanced FTP Features – Clients can now receive selected e-mail confirmations regarding file upload and processing, as well as file contact size, for instance, the number of accounts to be dialed versus those that had bad numbers or were scrubbed out using the Global Connect State and Federal Compliance Module.

Call Count Scrub Enhancement – Enhancement allows clients to select the maximum number of dials per record by result of call over a set time period defined by the client. This feature is another of the many compliance features found in the Global Connect platform that shows Global Connect's continued commitment to help ARM clients meet the stringent guidelines of their clients, as well as State and Federal Regulations.

The SysTrust seal attests that Global Connect's systems and practices have been verified to be operating reliably with regard to information security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality.
