IT Cloud recently became one of about 35 distributors for Microsoft in the World. In our recent interview with David Latulippe, Vice President of IT Cloud and Charles Lippé from Microsoft, we got the inside scoop for you.

The company has been doing business in the channel for over a decade but has only recently doubled down their efforts to expand their channel business. The first thing you will notice is their clear passion to help their partners succeed. They back this up with a powerful web dashboard that allows their partners to deploy Microsoft apps instantly in real time. Their partners can also instantly see their installed base and revenue in each of the product lines that they offer.

A complete listing of service tickets can be viewed for every client by their respective partners but there is really nothing for them to do because IT Cloud is already resolving the issues. Their support is “always on” to remove problems before they even get noticed. This automatic and seamless support allows their partners as well as their end-uses to have a worry-free experience. It also removes some of the big hurdles for partners to scale and grow business. They may have made doing business with Microsoft a lot easier.

Microsoft is not the only vendor that they distribute. They recently announced some BDR and Security solutions.
