Netflix has made some major announcements in the recent times and that is not helping their cause.

The company increased the pricing of their plans for customers who are using both streaming and DVD delivery services and it is hurting their bottom-line.

Netflix has lost around 800,000 subscribers in the US market largely because of this price hike in the recent months.

The company also blundered when they announced a split in their business. The reaction was so negative that they decided to cancel the split.

Netflix however is signing up new deals bringing new and fresh content to their platform. Remains to be seen if this is going to boost their image in the market and get back the lost subscriber base in the coming months.
