The new version includes comprehensive device management and integration with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO). It is a key component of the industry’s most comprehensive solution for preventing both accidental and malicious data loss.

According to Privacy Clearinghouse, more than 166 million American records (personal data) have been compromised. McAfee Data Loss Prevention offers complete visibility and control by monitoring and preventing confidential data loss everywhere — at work, at home, and on the road. It stops information loss across networks, through applications, and via removable storage devices, even when data is disguised. McAfee is the first to safely enable the use of valuable employee productivity tools such as USB thumb drives by offering granular control over which devices are allowed to be used, while enforcing control over what data can be copied onto them.
Easy management through McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator enables event monitoring and incident details to prove internal and regulatory compliance measures to auditors, board members, and other stakeholders.
