Borders seems to be close to announcing that they are going to file for Chapter 11.
The company has been struggling for years now with the advent of eBooks and the falling interest in paper books.
Sources say that an announcement can come as soon as Monday or Tuesday.
As part of their future strategy, they are expected to close down a lot of their stores to cut down costs. A major job cut is also expected.
