This cost
effective solution integrates Esna Technologies’ award winning Telephony
Office-LinX(TM) enterprise edition solution with Toshiba’s Strata CIX
40/100/200/670 and the recently released 1200 IP communications platform.

The
Telephony Office-LinX application suite will allow end users to utilize their
wireless or wired telephone to access live calls, email, faxes and voice mail.
Using simple touch-tone commands, users can prompt their messaging and
scheduling utilities to read back information to them anywhere, anytime and
perform real-time modifications. This flexibility enables enterprises to
benefit from increased employee productivity and enhanced responsiveness to
customer inquiries.

“In the current business landscape it is critical for road-warriors and
mobile workers to be highly responsive to the needs of their customers,
partners and co-workers,” said Rick Wierzbowski, Director of Telecommunication
Operations Toshiba of Canada Limited. “With the Strata CIX IP
communication systems and the Telephony Office-LinX UC application suite,
enterprises can achieve this cost effectively, regardless of their messaging
or scheduling utilities, enabling a compelling return on investment through
productivity and efficiency gains while protecting existing IT investments.”

“Through our relationship with Toshiba of Canada Limited we have the
ability to offer a tightly integrated, enterprise-class unified communication
solution that can meet the needs of virtually any business,” said Mohammad
Nezarati, President Esna Technologies. “With the Strata(R) CIX(TM) and
Telephony Office-LinX platform, regardless of what e-mail system or business
application an enterprise uses, or whether they operate in an IP, TDM, or a
hybrid environment, they can deploy a solution that dramatically increases the
productivity of their employees and the satisfaction of their customers.”

The release of the Telephony Office-LinX Unified communication suite
represents the next phase in an overall vision to deliver real-time unified
communications to the enterprise market. This strategy is built on a solid
foundation in Toshiba’s Strata CIX platform. With the release of the
Telephony Office-LinX application suite enterprises now have access to a range
of applications around Presence, messaging and mobility offerings that can
meet the needs of any business. The next phases of this strategy will see
enhancements in networking, interoperability and migration.
