Customer and Profit-Oriented Cultures

It is important for owners and managers to influence and guide the culture in a manner that leads to becoming highly customer and profit oriented. Simply put, this means that the primary focus of the organization is on delivering outstanding customer service while striving to be a high profit business. In terms of culture, employees fully understand and buy into the notion that the business exists to make money and to do so customer satisfaction must be very high. In companies where this culture exists goals and objectives are well understood and there is a high level of accountability. What kind of culture does your business have?
